Organics for Lily Quick Start Guide for Wholesale Clients 


Welcome to Organics for Lily's Wholesale ordering portal. Within this portal, you will be able to place orders, check the progress of your orders. Find previous order invoices. Store and update contact and payment details, plus so much more. The next few articles will walk you through some of the basic functionality of your Organics for Lily wholesale account.

Getting Started

This portal aims to simplify your wholesale ordering experience and offer you, as a business, additional benefits like invoice and order tracking, direct contact with your assigned rep, and additional discounts for case lots. 


Sign up

All wholesalers are required to complete the Organics for Lily Wholesale sign-up form. Once completed, it will be sent to our accounts team for validation. If successful, you will receive an email confirming your access to the portal and advising you to add your password.

Completing the Information

A form will open in your web browser and ask you questions about your business, like; 

  • Business Name 
  • Business Address
  • Contact person and details 
  • Information about your business (Used to promote your business on social media as a stockist)
  • Your sales methodology (Online, Retail, Both)

Some of the information about business name, Contact details and Shipping and Billing address is mandatory; the rest of the responses are optional.

Assessing the Application 

Once the application has been submitted, it will then move to our team to be assessed. 

If our team require further information from you during the assessment phase, they will reach out to you directly via phone or email. 

The processing time for new applications can be up to 48 hours, although we aim to have them completed in less time. 



Application Approval 

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. Select the highlighted "Activate Account" button from within the email.  


The next screen will ask you to set a password. Organics for Lily suggests a password with the following parameters.

  • 10+ Characters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)

⚠️

Organics for Lily does not have access to your password. Should you require a reset, you will need to request a password reset at the login screen OR open a support ticket. 


Conclusion 

Once you have created your password, you will be taken to your account page and be able to navigate to the online store section, support tickets, Rep appointment section and more. The additional features will be covered in our other knowledge articles.
